Terms and Conditions of Stay
     - No smoking inside the villa. A fine of ฿3,000 will be charged for violations
     - Durian and strong-smelling foods are not permitted in the refrigerator
     - Do not move sound equipment, speakers, microphones, or decorative items outside the villa
     - No pets allowed without prior permission. A fine of ฿3,000 per pet will be charged for violations
     - Strictly no fireworks, firecrackers, or bonfires within the villa premises
     - Illegal activities or substances are strictly prohibited within the villa premises
     - Please keep noise levels down outdoors after 10:00 PM. (Noise is permitted indoors at all times)
     - Damaged items will be charged at their actual cost upon check-out
     - For guests exceeding the declared number, a fine of ฿1,000 per person will be applied
     - No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no shows after the confirmed booking
     - Please clean all kitchen equipment, glasses, plates, and bowls before check-out. A cleaning service is available for ฿500 per day if you prefer
     - Please take care of your personal belongings and valuables. The accommodation is not responsible for any lost items
